Scott M. showed up for the inspection, he was very courteous and insightful. He managed to get through all of our items pretty quickly and left us feeling accomplished.
Scott conducted our annual inspection for fire sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lights, and he was exceptional. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I appreciated how he kept me informed each step of the way. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I would!
