Friend recommended this company for above ground pool repair, reached out on Tuesday they came the next day, arrived in time, just started working on my pool liner that pulled out , only company that responded saying they could repair the liner all others want too replace didn’t want to be bothered - installers were great , very knowledgeable, really taught me a lot about the vinyl liner. BEWARE! WILL CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $75 PER ITEM FOR ANY EXTRAS INCLUDING SAND IN BAGS FROM A SUPPLY COMPANY ( which is clearly NOT stated on their contract). You're better off having it delivered and dumped on the driveway 30 ft away rather than on the grass 3 ft away which you will spend hours trying to clean up yourself.
Per detailed paperwork , high area was to be lowered so pool would go in level. Always bettter to be installed on virgin ground. Was told in field that they can raise it up to 5 feet with stone dust. Not the right job at all. And the icing on the cake….. They installed frog cycler incorrect . Anything over 80gpm needs a bypass and check valve per manufacturers requirement in manual which mysteriously disappeared after install. Very rushed to get to the next one. 3300. I expected more . Oh well . Lesson learned .
