They misdiagnosed my car and was charged over 1000 for changing battery and a small cord from the radio and was not even necessary, my battery was good. Youtube helped me more, It was the Bluetooth from my car who needed to be changed or be disconnected. For sure never taking my cars there. Need real mechanics.😓 😒🙄😤
Quick, Fair and Saved our trip! The guys here got us in the morning after I called at 5pm and looked my vehicle over. What we thought would be a 2-3 day stop waiting on parts ended up being a 1 hour diagnostic that got us back on the road. Even showed me the problem and explained what was going on. If you get stranded in Colby these are the go to guys.
We had issues with our truck traveling through , the guys were awesome with helping us get back on the road and even talked racecars!! Awesome group of guys!
Wow, we can't say enough good things about MC Auto Outlet. We were headed home from Colorado and noticed our brakes were making some noises and thank goodness we stopped here. Neil addressed our issue immediately and went above and beyond for us to ensure we made a safe trip home the rest of our way. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise. You were our guardian angel. God Bless You!
Cannot thank Neil and Eric enough for helping us out today. 9 hours from home and breaking down is not ideal. But they helped us quickly. Thank you guys!!!!!
