We called M. Burton Plumbing & Heating on Monday Evening around midnight for a nonurgent pinhole gas leak between a gas shutoff valve and a 2" nipple, and we got a callback on Tuesday arranging an appointment for Wednesday morning. M Burton Plumbing came out promptly in the morning and replaced the nipple and flex hose to the stove very quickly and respectfully, and explained to us that while we did want to also replace the shutoff valve, doing so would require a full shutdown and tagout from ConEd and so we decided to not g... read more
