I shop at this store quite often, but today there was a staff member I had never seen before. As soon as I walked in, she immediately came over and asked if I needed help. I told her I was just looking around, but later, while I was looking up some information online, she came over and asked me again if I needed assistance. I also noticed that she kept staring at me throughout my time in the store. M Brand Shop is a nice Korean beauty and lifestyle store with a wide selection of skincare, cosmetics, beauty accessories, socks, jewelry and cute gift items. Jay is awesome!!💞 Every time I go to the store, she gives me the best customer service ever — it makes me want to buy the whole store. You guys are lucky to have such an incredible employee with a beautiful soul. She’s so caring and takes her time to explain and recommend every product I need.
