I recently had insurance repairs complete, staff were friendly, works are fantastic and my car was returned clean and fresh.

Good workmanship for repairing my vehicle, however the communication and customer service is quite poor. I wouldn't usually be too concerend about it for this kind of thing, however not being communicated with about bookings, and how long they would be keeping the vehicle etc. is very inconvenient. I was originally told that my fixup would be completed in Febraury 2024, then I was never contacted to book in.
