Went in person (because the phone number listed on their web page was WRONG) and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Went back at the time and she was busy at the shampoo area doing a foil color. I’ve been a hairdresser and so I could tell that she was working on the other 1/2 of the head. Well, you just can’t stop and do a haircut at that time. You have to finish so it all develops at the same time. So I would have to wait for a while. So what’s the point of an appointment???
