We came here on a pub crawl with a group from CLE. The bald shorter bartender literally was so rude and threw the menu down on the bar. My friend called him out on it. Suddenly he came back with two drinks as if trying to apologize. We got up and left. We told others from our group about it and told them to bypass it all together-obviously the guy has serious Napoleon issues. Cozy atmosphere, good location, indoor and outdoor seating, fast and professional service, delicious cocktails. But, it comes at a high price : about 20 bucks per cocktail, ouch. It's that Chagrin Falls premium. 🤑 .
Just going to start with 10 stars to the manager. He was great, friendly, and accommodating. I normally never leave bad reviews nor am I phased by much when going out. There can literally be hair in my food at a resturant, and Ill just pick it out. I really just don't care to complain about trivial things. Let me just start with the open time listed on google for Saturday is incorrect. I didn't realize that it says 4am-2am. It would make sense that it was supposed to be 4pm-2am.
