We had a roof done by M Bebbington Roofing around 16 months ago. We have called many times now with some concerns and never got a reply or callback. We now have a leak in the roof, we have tried calling Martin again and nothing after leaving a voicemail.
I can only give 1 star review based upon customer service as I haven't even been able to consider them for a job. I asked Martin to come round and give a quote on a tile repair, which he did and seemed a very pleasant bloke. However he asked me to forward my email so he could provide a quote which I did. 3 days later I still had no response from Bebbington Roofers. I texted Martin but got no reply, not very professional. Suffice it to say I will not be recommending this company.
Quick efficient and friendly. Problem diagnosed in minutes and repaired as soon as materials were available. Reasonable cost.
