His e-mailbox is always full, and correspondence constantly kicks back as undeliverable. Same goes for his voicemail. It's been weeks of trying to get a project started, and communication is horrible. We've explained the scope of the project multiple times (when we were able to get an email or phone call through), and still he just replies with "Lets discuss your project?". We will happily update this revue if he ever resurfaces.
