Absolutely amazing service! It’s so refreshing to find a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat their customers like family. If you own a Mercedes, I highly recommend them! So grateful to have found a place I can trust with my car!
Went to Mercedes dealership twice and they gave me an outrageous quote close to $13,000. The owner of MB Startex personally took care of me and fix everything for 400. Even filled up my gas tank. You have a customer for life thank you so much.
I found MB Star Tech through ChatGPT after my Mercedes had a few warning messages pop up. They quickly diagnosed the issues, performed the coolant service and Service A, and got me back on the road quickly. The service was professional, honest, and the price was very fair. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be using MB Star Tech for my Mercedes going forward.
Ihab was great to work with on my Mercedes-Benz. He got me in right away and had my car serviced at a very reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Nancy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service work on a Mercedes. Their excellent customer service and professionalism truly stand out. Thanks again, guys!
Very honest and knowledgeable. All my MB cars maintained by this place. I highly recommend this place if you have a Mercedes.
