Mike and crew are always excellent. Far cheaper option than parking at Logan all week as well.
After using this vendor for years at our business, a vendor coming into town was told that he could not be accommodated and was told by the owner, William Kelly, that M&B "needs to focus on our current customers". Whaaat? I invite you to straighten this out, Mr. Kelly, if, indeed it is a misunderstanding. If it isn't, it sounds like you no longer want our business. I can certainly make that happen.
Been using these guys for years. Always fast and friendly service.
Had an airport pickup scheduled for over 2 months and confirmed 48 hours prior to pick up. At 3:45AM, no one showed, no one called, no one texted. Drove family (including elderly parents) to airport and made flight (albeit with the hassles of Logan parking I was trying to avoid). Not even a call to acknowledge my message or explain your total incompetence. If you book with M&B, I suggest having a back up for when he no-shows you. Will never use again and will suggest same at work and to friends.
