Their communication went from bad to worse over the 2 yrs I used them. Up to 6 weeks trying to get answers to questions. Close to the end of our time together their responses went to ZERO. That's 0%. To me, the new property manager and the tenant. Totally ghosted, breaching their own contract. Please save yourself the trouble.
