I scheduled an appointment, which was the best thing to do based on my schedule, Mr. P took great care of me and the care, walked mw through what needed to get done. i appreciated that review of the issues and options to get things done. he makes sure you're 100% comfortable with the work he does. He makes owning a BMW easier without paying a ton of service and repair cost.
