It was my first Time ever getting into a wreck after driving for a long time. So when I was asking for advice, I was recommended to Austin Jackson I didn’t know what to expect from this, But after working with them they were very understanding from the beginning, and helped me out every step of the way. They made my stressful time a lot more relaxing even checking up with me and my status but as well as the claim. I honestly wasn’t expecting to gain much from this but they absolutely proved me wrong.
The entire staff was friendly, professional and courteous. They kept me informed about my case throughout the entire process. They even mailed me a card and sent a text on my birthday. I definitely recommend this law firm for your legal needs.
