Their mechanic is very knowledgeable and pin pointed the issue in seconds. The whole staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and their price to take care of the bike was very reasonable and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Very helpful in answering my questions and making recommendations with variable options. I will continue to take my bikes there to be worked on.
The min I talked to Mike the first time he wanted to know my problem and told me what he can do for me to fix problem, so far half way done fixing my bike , he made sure to test components first to see what wrong not just selling me parts I don't need he was fair priced but under priced on service, 10 stars
We had a Inmotion electric unicycle in need of a tire repair. We went to two other places in the area and no one has heard of it or had any idea how to change the tire and it was basically a quick no. We came to Motion Madness, and although they were not familiar with it, I think they’re more of the true mechanical type and were willing to look at the video instructions online and figured out how to change the tire for us. Can not fix scooter flats..took mine in on a thurs. Called on sat. they ruined the tube I provided...said on the phone that these are hard to do..so they ordered a wrong tube, so I orderd another'''now they say that this tube is no good. They don't know how to order tubes ? It's been almost two weeks now and they want me to order another tube..told them I'll pick up my scooter...but they are gonna take out labor charges out of the 136.00 I paid them to have it done.
