EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. For starters, I’m a very sensitive person on my hair. The past 2 salons I’ve been at I almost cried my heart out. The first one nearly sent all my hair to living hell and burnt them off. The second salon chopped my 8 inches of hair off without clarifying with me. Horrible. However when I walked in this salon it was so much different. .
