We had an awesome experience with M&M contracting! Their customer service was great. The quality of work was great & was completed on time. ***** was our salesman.
These guys are the best. Don't fool around with anyone else! They worked with my lazy insurance adjuster to get damage covered under insurance policy. Provided a prompt fair quote, came when they said they would, provided excellent work and cleaned up after the job. Everything you expect from a reputable contractor (but darn hard to find these days!)
I have never had a better roofing company. They came out and removed and had my new roof on in one day! The crew is friendly and quite professional with their work. They cleaned up the mess as well and were gone before I got home from work. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. I work in property management and Mark Johnson and M & M Contracting is the only one we use!!! Give them a try! You will be pleasantly surprised! Great company and great work!

We love M&M Contracting and have referred them to several neighbors and friends, all of whom have thanked us for the recommendation! Mark and his team were very professional from start to finish on our replacement roof. Mark did a great job working with our insurance adjuster, and the crew who did the work showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a very timely fashion. I would use them again without hesitation if the need were to arise.

The worst. After a man named Joey ********talked me into signing a contract with his company it went down hill from there. And to make matters worse after he got in my face yelling at me for my safety i decided to Google this man. Please beware and please look into this company before hiring him .
M&M contracting came to us as a referral and started out great. They came out from a long drive to look at our roof, told us they were “95% sure they could get us a whole new roof” and even came out when the assessor was supposed to come. The assessor was a no show (frustrating since we were trying to get this all done quickly because it’s spring in Missouri which means lots of rain). M&M Contracting is *******!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! This company came door to door the weekend after a hail storm in my area back in February 2017 and they convinced me I needed to file a claim with my insurance for a new roof, new siding, new gutters, new garage doors and more. I do as they instructed and got a claim started with my insurance. First of all, I implore the BBB to take this complaint down; the 'facts' in this complaint are stretched. Yes, we spoke to Ms. ***** and she made a claim and it was approved. Yes, we did follow up with Ms. ****, this is what we do for a living. The new representative came to her house because the previous rep had left the company, nothing sinister. I had a very positive expeerreince with this company, in fact on of the best ever. When I cantacted M & M, I was called back immediately, they met with my adjuster when the adjuster was able to be at my home. This was an additional trip and time they took to ensure all items that were damaged were observed. THey came as a recomendation from my neighbor, who was also very pleased with the work they ahd completed. They scheduled the repair, and completed the repairs timely and to my satisfaction.
