I didnt want to post the bad review but after inspecting the furnace closet it needed to be said.. Were in a rental and have been for 5 years and only used the furnace the first year when we realized we had a mouse problem and didnt want to use the furnace anymore until the ducts got cleaned... He was prompt and on time and everything was great until he started pulling things out of the ducts and just threw them on the floor bext to hom getting dust, dirt, mouse poop and whatever else everywhere around him.. i left the house... read more
