took my car for a regular oil change but then I receive a call saying that a part regarding the oil filter housing from my car has been broken as the oil change was being done. Apparently it broke as the oil filter was being changed but never had problems with previous oil changes wether it was at another mechanic or myself. Wether the part broke by itself or not, there was no need for it to be removed or played around with as i only asked for an oil change nothing more nothing less straight forward and pretty easy.
