took my car for a regular oil change but then I receive a call saying that a part regarding the oil filter housing from my car has been broken as the oil change was being done. Apparently it broke as the oil filter was being changed but never had problems with previous oil changes wether it was at another mechanic or myself. Recently brought my 2002 GMC Sierra for safety inspection. Asked them to look into things and let me know what it needs (parts wise). Ended up getting charged double what I expected as they ordered parts and installed without confirming with me first. No communication from these guys for 2 weeks - then I receive a call to come pick truck up. I was planning to order parts myself as I get a considerable discount from my parts supplier.
