Ben responded to my call within 15 minutes of leaving a voicemail. Even though he was booked up for the day he worked me in to unclog my kitchen sink. It was a tough clog & he didn't give up on it & got it cleared without having to go under the house. Very professional, courteous, prompt & even within reason on his pricing. He even looked at my hot water heater to assure it was hooked up right. He will forever be my Plumber from here on out! Highly recommend.
