I contacted M&A, Joe Carter, for roof damage after a windstorm in Huntington West Virginia. Joe was quick to answer and started helping us immediately. We have been extremely pleased with all of the work Joe and his crew have done for us. Came out and done a decent job. But won’t return phone call or messages. To come back and fix a issue with the gutters.
Did a good job installing my seamless gutter. Will use again the future when I replace my other gutters. Fair price and quick installation. Even took an old gutter away for free that was not part of the negotiation.
Would not come back & repair gutter that was poring water that was improperly installed. Have now had to pay $600 for roof repair & gutter repair. I had two shingles that weren’t even nailed on the nail line & they fell off . I hv no paper work to show my guarantee on my roof . So very disappointed in my decision because I thought he was an honest man. Very sad
