Salim told me he would help at no charge, No problem. Asked to give him a few days, So we did then he ghosted me and ignored 5 emails, 5 calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. They do not care about consumers needs and can not even call someone back out of curtesy. We are a small business who needed drawings and engineer details and this firm and guy is full of BS. Kept telling me and my wife he was in a conference call to avoid a paying customer. Will never use or recommend this place. Terrible business.
MA Engineering took over 6 months to design the mechanical portion of my commercial restaurant and it was very difficult to get a response when inquiries were made about why my project was taking so long. They also over designed it.
