Went today to take a look at a car they had advertised, wasn't the right car for me but was accurately described in the advert and the gent I spoke to was polite, friendly and not pushy in the slightest. I was able to give the car a good look over without the feeling of anyone looking over my shoulder. As mentioned, wasn't the right car for me but based on my experience today, I'd happily go back.
