I was looking for Power steering pump with pulley for my jaguar called oreily , auto zone , napa and guess what they didnt have it and called M97 and they ended having it so i will be coming here from now on very cool employees nice little shop
Horrible people to deal with. They will lie and tell you they will do something and then they do not do it. I had to pay and arrange a shipping company to pick up my bill of sale and title because they would not send it out. Then they held my deposit for over a month when i started requesting. I had to constantly phone them. FIND a different broker if you are dealing with COParts auctions, these people are exactly as the negative reviews describe. I called M-97 auto parts about a tailgate for a 2008 Ford Edge and was told they had a good tailgate with minor scratches and rust. Than they sent the form for me to fill out. The form that I signed stated all items sold as is and I didn't think that was an issue because I had it in writing on that same form that the parts had minor scratches and rust.
