Great experience! Car came back to me on due date, paint job was so precise.
I had to go through the drop-off/pick-up and rental car process twice due to inadequate initial work. Their acknowledgment of the mistakes was minimal, and no genuine apology was offered. When a customer has to navigate the process twice, taking ownership of errors can help the customer feel validated. Repeat customers can still be created even when mistakes have been made. Given the great reviews, I had hoped for more.
