After waiting 11 days for an appointment to do the work, it took them another 11 days (M-F) to complete the work. Based on the number of hours of labor billed, they worked on my car an average of 1.76 hours each day. There were 30 cars there for work to be done but only 3 service technicians and 2 painters there to do the work.

Staff was attentive & always took the time to get the most complete answer by talking to the repair staff
They repaired my son’s jeep compass and did outstanding work also saving a few $$ with good suggestions. Thank u for making this process easy since I’m out of town and my son is at msu. Your work is beautiful. I highly recommend.
