Total unprofessional office staff. Sad to see that nothing has changed in 5 years. My Dad went to this office while he was dying of cancer and they were the most uncompassionate and nonempathic people I have ever dealt with in the medical field. I took time off of work to go there today with my daughter while I was on time and filling out paperwork, my son was driving my daughter and they had a minor fender bender on M15 because the road crew backed into him so they were literally 12 minutes late.
