LZ Roofing "replaced" the roof on this home, but only painted the flat roofs with reflective paint, did not apply EPDM per contract. As a result inside wall and floor damage occurred from leaks due to negligence. LZ insurance did not pay for repair. Do not use them!!!
Please don’t use this company Mr Lucas is a thief. He held my money from March till now July. Please every time I called to see when he was going to do my work he kept saying 2 weeks because of the rain. I called him June 16th he told me he would not be able to do it for another week. I told him I no longer wanted his services. He asked me for my address which he had. Told me he would mail the check the next day which would be the 17th. As of today I still have not received my money
