We used LZ to add on a full master suite onto the back of our house. They listened to our must-haves and wants and designed an amazing space for us. Our master bedroom is now our oasis complete with a huge walk-in closet. It was easy because they dealt with the architectural plans and permits. We are a private school and over the past 5 plus years have engaged LZ on a number of projects from those in the 6-figure range to the smallest service call. They have never failed to be extremely fair in pricing, and more importantly back up all their work. In addition they always return calls in a timely manner, and if needed assign a project manager who is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They more than earn 5 stars!!
We were fortunate to find LZConstruction in 2017, a local family owned and operated business for over 35 years. They designed and built an apartment above a garage in 2017, later did a complete remodel and addition to in on a house, removed and replaced all underground pipes at 2 properties, and numerous other repairs and structures through the years.
