Worst company to ever deal with. They’re rude disrespectful and they are not honouring Groupon’s that are paid for. They wanted us to pay on top of the Groupon and they would not refund us our money. No one speaks English and no one could help us. They’re rude and nasty. Never ever go here.

Terrible experience. I paid and tipped very well in advance for a deep tissue massage, which the lady at the desk assured me would be strong and would also be by a man because of his strength. It was by far, the worst massage I've ever had. I asked several times for improvement or for a switch in massage therapist. Every time I asked, it just got worse. Husband and I came in for my birthday with a Groupon for massages and facials for 90 min that we got for Christmas. We called ahead and asked for two females. We came in a little late from the traffic and they thankfully still took us. Like other reviewers, I had to pay $10 for the tax (which I wouldn’t know if it’s true since we didn’t buy the Groupon). The staff here are great at what they do and they have very reasonable prices. They do a much better job than those 5 star vacation hotels. Have been going here for the past several years since the type of work I do tends to give me a lot of knots on my upper back.
