Outstanding group of electricians! I’ve used Lywood three times in the last few months — pool, ceiling fan, electric vehicle (EV) outlet — and will ONLY use them in the future. I had an EV outlet catch fire and melt the wall plug. Thank God we caught it in time! Horrible experience post the finalization of work. I should add dealing with Derek was was on par and he's a diligent, hard-working employee. However, due to them letting their original site manager go the arrangements made with him were all out the door. Julie was very aggressive in her initial attempts and showed no empathy toward the situation. I ran into a situation on a project for work that needed electrical work done, and I reached out to Lywood on a Friday asking them if they would be able to complete this work within a few days. By Tuesday, they were on site and got everything wired and working. This fast turnaround was greatly appreciated and helped us avoid any delays. I would definitely use Lywood again and recommend them to anyone in the area!
