Going to this practice was the worst medical care experience I have ever had. My phone calls/messages were not returned. My concerns were not listened too. This physician also incorrectly coded my blood work, so half of it was not paid. Even when given the proper coding that would have corresponded with my symptoms, I could not get them to resubmitted even when they said they would. Dr Kofler is a remarkable physician! She is knowledgeable, competent, thorough, caring, respectful, kind and trustworthy. She makes a significant and thoughtful effort to know her patients and she takes her time to listen carefully. She never rushes her patients, which is an exceptional and rare behavior. I feel fortunate that after many years of looking, I finally found the ideal primary care doctor. I highly recommend Dr Kofler and her capable team of nurses and receptionists.
Dr. Kofler is truly a wonderful doctor. She is thorough , knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen. I never feel rushed and they always explain everything clearly and with kindness. It’s rare to find a Doctor Who combines such professionalism with genuine care and compassion. Dr. Kofler is kind, caring, thoughtful and thorough. She diagnosed me with a major medical issue last summer and because of her, I have been able to get the help I need to address this issue. I highly recommend everyone see Dr. Kofler!!!!
