My wife and I stopped in to this business establishment about 2 months ago. We looking to buy a new washing machine. The first time we were there, they seem to be helpful. We returned later after taking care of finances, we were going to buy a washing machine that day. Upon walking into this business more than one of the employees looked us up and down like we were a bum off the street. We bought a wash machine from them and less the 2 months we have problems their customer service was terrible they pushed all the phone calls off for me to do and wouldn’t return phone calls they sure didn’t make me feel they even cared sure didn’t go over and above at all. Very sad and disappointing I will never bother them again for anything. Glenda Long
Worst delivery experience of my life. Arrived 45 minutes late in a downpour. Tracked water and mud all over my freshly cleaned kitchen floor. After they left I was drying all the water off the fridge and discovered that two screws were missing. Called the company and they said someone would come out the next day to replace them. I’m still waiting. No call or anything. Avoid at all cost.
