The last month they are now having the call center answer all the calls for 6 clinics and you never get a call back!!!! I have a friend that is in pain and went to Dr. Hoffman who gave him a shot for pain Wednesday and it didn’t work so, he call in 3 time on Thursday, 5 time on Friday had to go the hole weekend in severe pain. Then call Saturday and now again today 11/20/2023 and still nothing. This is after the Doctor said he was going to put in a script for pain meds to be picked up!!!! Wow, Unexceptable !!!!!! Me encanta la clinica, mi doctora Guadalupe Rios nos ha atendido a nuestra familia por 4 años, estamos muy encantados y agradecidos con ella, muy profesional y siempre lista para escucharnos.
I give it 4 stars because of Dr Hoffmann. He is a very good Dr and is there to listen and help anyway he can. Rose is very nice and helpful as well. However when I see Dr Rios I feel like I don’t get anything from her. She always goes based on my insurance and says I can find any specialist I want. Sorry but that’s not what I go in for, I go in because I need recommendations on where to go and to be seeing professionally. She has done this a few times now since I started going there. I prefer Dr Hoffmann.
