I would just like to say to all the team on behalf of myself and my husband. A very big thank you for always being so friendly and helpful over the phone and how promptly our prescription requests are always dealt with.
A fabulous GP Surgery. Reception staff are busy but kind and efficient. Routine test appointments are quick and easy. Skilled and friendly practice nursing staff. My GP, Dr Romaine, is a lovely, calm and reassuring person. Quick to grasp problems, and seems intuitively aware of my needs as her patient. I really do recommend the surgery, and Dr Romaine in particular.
Excellent practice, modern building, helpful and I have always managed to get appointments as in when I need it.
A massive thank you to the doctors, especially Dr Abida Mohammed, for a very professional, personal and caring approach to my various health issues as well as .the nurses and reception staff.
