Lysette made buying our home a smooth and positive experience. She was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and on top of everything throughout the process. She made sure we could see properties promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. It was a great pleasure to work with her!
Lysette is wonderful to work with. She is so knowledgeable of the market and helped us find a home that we love. She is very prompt and efficient at her job, always making time to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. This was our first time buying a home and she made the journey as smooth as possible. We will be recommending her to our friends and family and will use her services again when the time comes.
We were referred to Lysette. Couldn't be happier with the referral. We were under time constraints to find and complete a home purchase. Lysette is truly knowledgeable of the Treasure Island waterfront and area. She showed us over twenty properties and was able to find us a home that was off market that exceeded our expectations. Lysette is extremely patient and always available; she went above and beyond, listened and guided us through the purchase process as we were from another state and not aware of the Florida market. Lysette was so efficient and knowledgeable about our real estate market she literally put our deal together effortlessly! She found the buyers and brought them to us! She also continues to help us after the closing by doing the extra things that have helped us make the move easier -like picking up our mail and even returned our spectrum box! She is personable and kind! Thank you Lysette - looking forward to working with you again!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lysette and the experience we had working with her to purchase our home in St. Petersburg. She truly went above and beyond for our family, and we are incredibly grateful to have had her by our side throughout the process. Our transaction with the builder/seller ended up being far more difficult and complicated than we ever anticipated, and Lysette was absolutely invaluable. She was our advocate every step of the way—knowledgeable, patient, proactive, and always one step ahead. When... read more
