RecommendedLast evening, December 1, 2018, my Better-half and I trekked our for an evening of Christmas fun at Lyric Theatre. We saw the VERY best live performance of ‘A Christmas Carol’ I have ever seen and better than several of the screen versions. The set was stunning and versatile. The costumes were period, colorful and beautifully detailed. The cast played their parts, and some of them had more than one part to play, with vigor and feeling. We just watched a Christmas Carol and it was incredible. Actually, every production we've seen at the Lyric has been top notch.
We are past season ticket holders and have attended many fantastic productions at Lyric, including local and national talent. Lyric is a wonderful venue with excellent facilities, plentiful parking and has many local restaurants. We still attend selected productions at Lyric and will continue that tradition.
I have been to Lyric productions since before I was an adult. This excellent local arts performance program continues to thrive with amazing talent, both on the stage and behind it. We saw Mama Mia! tonight and we’re once again thrilled to know this is part of OKC. Congratulations, everyone who is a part of Lyric, and to all the cast and creative directors of Mama Mia!
We went to see Mama Mia tonight. It was fabulous! We were blown away! We highly recommend this show!
Watched fun home and it was amazing. The cast could sing so well and the performance was just beautiful. Also amazing story
