Been using Lyric through my employer for a few years now and have absolutely loved it. Especially if all you need is a prescription refill, getting to do a free virtual urgent care visit is pretty sweet and so much faster than in person. It was also really easy to get lab tests ordered that I've been wanting to get done for a while through Primary Care. The customer support team was also amazing and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
Doc would not see me for LGBT issues.
Lyric Health has been one of the easiest, most efficient telehealth services I have ever used! I had to use it for two of my kids and the doctor called within 10 min or less! Lyric was a lifesaver! Everyone needs this service as an add on to their insurance!
