I have done business way before the new owner and was very happy with their service. Jullian the new owner has no interest in taking care of his customers. He sold me a car battery for $220 for my daughter's car less than 4 mos ago (which i found out that it sat in shelf for 6 moa) and it died. She was stranned on the road on a Friday night and had to get a jump. I prefer to do my own service work and I won't let anyone else touch my Audi except Lyric Auto. I'll admit, I was a bit concerned after the ownership change. However, once I developed a coolant leak and then a check engine light, I decided it was a good time to test them out. I really don't like dealing with fluid. Especially in the winter.
