Unfortunately I don’t have a positive review. Communication from reception was good but not from anyone else. We had a tour with mum submitted an application as advised then heard nothing, Over the course of 8 weeks I left messages with no call backs, then 3 weeks ago on a call to them I was told they’d touch base within a fortnight about availability and timing.
