There’s a girl name Janelle there that likes to create chaos between Lyra and her customers…I’ve watched her do it be aware the girl is rude and gets in Lyra ear about customers….making small things a big deal she’s an instigator. I heard her tell Lyra something about a customer and Lyra defended the customer by saying it’s ok it’s not a big deal. She likes to get Lyra worked up.
