I hired this company to help with my small business. Not only did they not do all they said they would, when I needed to contact them with questions they did not answer any of my calls (to multiple people) or emails for WEEKS. By then, I had paid someone else to help me fix what they did. Then, months after my initial email, I received an email saying oh sorry but I guess you figured out your question my now. I'm extremely disappointed and have waited for a few weeks to write my review until I wasn't as angry. Super frustrat... read more

Lydia is nothing short of amazing. I was in a pinch preparing my QuickBooks file for my accountant and turned to Yelp for a bookkeeper. Lydia answered my call quickly and was able to walk me through fixing my problem via screen share in minutes!!
