Dr Ghosh was fantastic. Needed urgent assistance for my mother and she went above and beyond to help speed the process of assistance and checks for her. Much appreciated and highly recommended. 5 star
Lost for words at the incompetency, being at this surgery actually has a negative impact on your well being. Don’t consider signing up and if you are on their books then my strong advice is to move, you will literally feel better!
Always really helpful staff, Doctors here are thorough and professional. Receptionist are always willing to help. Phone lines can take a while sometimes but what part of the nhs doesn’t take a while to get anywhere but can always get help when needed. Better than most surgery’s around here
Almost 2 hours I’ve been waiting to be called in to see a doctor and all 10 people who arrived after me were seen straight away. Just gave up in the end and walked out. I felt invisible to the world. Can’t believe my taxes pay for this absolute pants service. For a person who isn’t in a great place mentally. Congratulations.
Having lived in the area for 33 years I can only praise the excellent service provided by Lyppard Grange Medical Practice. The staff are always helpful and I've always had top quality service. 5 star every time.
