Always really helpful staff, Doctors here are thorough and professional. Receptionist are always willing to help. Phone lines can take a while sometimes but what part of the nhs doesn’t take a while to get anywhere but can always get help when needed. Better than most surgery’s around here

Almost 2 hours I’ve been waiting to be called in to see a doctor and all 10 people who arrived after me were seen straight away. Just gave up in the end and walked out. I felt invisible to the world. Can’t believe my taxes pay for this absolute pants service. For a person who isn’t in a great place mentally. Congratulations.

Having lived in the area for 33 years I can only praise the excellent service provided by Lyppard Grange Medical Practice. The staff are always helpful and I've always had top quality service. 5 star every time.

It takes on average around 40-50 minutes to get through on the phone and I’m talking about the middle of the afternoon. You have to continually listen to that awful tune and be repeatedly told you are caller number whatever in the queue for approximately 7-10 minutes per number! When you finally get through, you have to explain your problem to a receptionist so that she can run backwards and forwards to the doctor to establish whether or not you actually need an appointment! A very poor and unprofessional service. Had an A4 tick box form stamped by s Doctors, £60. Asked for a proper receipt, was given a handwritten one, no vat number no nothing. When asked for a proper receipt all I got from the rude receptionist was "No one else had complained". A truly unprofessional place
