I have been registered with this dentist for many years with my children who are now grown up, I called to make an appointment for the 2nd part of a root canal for my adult son who had the first part done at an emergency dentist (he’s a HGV driver so couldn’t call whilst driving) it is impossible because we are registered there as NHS but said I can pay private with them to get this done with them, I have never had a root canal or know anything about the procedure so asked what steps are taken to carry this out and was told ... read more

Leppard Dental Centre has not given me a check up appointment in over 2 years. I would suggest that since they have been taken over by 'My Dentist', they are no longer interested in NHS patients.
No one likes the dentist but I will say the women I come into contact with up my dentist Lyppards are nice and very friendly and to be fair that's all you can hope for within a dentist but they do sort me out for which I am grateful thankyou
I have been registered with this dentist for over 20 years. It has become impossible to secure any NHS appointment in the last 4 years. Private appointments next day no problem, poor reception service and please stop claiming to be a nhs dentist, you are not.
