Normally do not leave reviews but I called and talked to Jeremy, the owner, and asked him about fixing inground pool steps. He explained to me what he would do and said he could come out the very next week to evaluate. He asked me to text him my info. I did that and then followed up with him to see if he got my info. No reply then later sent another text, no reply. then tried to call him twice and no reply. Understand that things happen but no reply, even a text is very inconsiderate
