We used The Lyons Team to list and sell our home in Centennial. Mike and Holly were great to work with and helped us navigate the selling process quickly and efficiently. We listed during the holidays and thought that it would take a bit longer to sell vs the Spring. Mike and Holly both thought that it would sell quickly, and it took roughly 16 days from listing to go pending. The Lyons Team did a great job selling our house and made the whole process extremely easy. I was being forced to move due to work and Mike/Holly were great at assisting my family. I highly suggest using them if you are in the Westfield or Carmel area.

I had a miserable experience with Mike and his team. I was bait and switched into selling my home with Mike. Initially everything seemed great, Mike was confident on selling my home for a price that would be fair to me. Very quickly things went down hill. It was one thing after another encouraging me to lower my price. I was coerced into making a sale for a price considerably lower than what we discussed or deal with lawsuits.
