We used The Lyons Team to list and sell our home in Centennial. Mike and Holly were great to work with and helped us navigate the selling process quickly and efficiently. We listed during the holidays and thought that it would take a bit longer to sell vs the Spring. Mike and Holly both thought that it would sell quickly, and it took roughly 16 days from listing to go pending.
