The worst place ever very rude to children and they always misdiagnose every one I don't think they really care and there is such a wait and one time I took my daughter there at 7:30 and I forgot something and I told my son to go get it from the car and he came back to the door but they locked it and I asked the girl if she would unlock it she said no can do after you were closing so I said well cancel me I'm leaving.

I followed Lyons primary urgent care from Canal Winchester all the way to New Lexington. That's how much I trust her because she has done nothing but helped me. Very clean office and staff very professional. I have the up most respect for them.

The receptionist has ZERO people skills, is impossible to communicate with, and CLEARLY does not know HIPAA laws nor has been educated in dealing with medical paperwork and is unlawfully doing so. After having spoken to Ms. Lyons, CNP, she doesn't seem to have much better understanding than Linda.

I had a great experience with my visit. I felt the staff was very professional. The wait time was much shorter the any other urgent care I have visited. Alberta is a very good physician, she found a blood disorder that I had most of my adult life. No other doctor that I went to had found the problem. .

the receptionist needs a course in people skills.Telling a mother of a 8 month old and a 2 year old that her kids need to be quiet.Ok show me how to do this.
