The most disrespectful people ever. A bunch of scammers who make threats and laugh about taking your money over the phone. A deal was made to have a wage garnishment placed and they instead place a levy on my bank account. And then I call about it and have no idea what I’m talking about. This place needs to be investigated. My whole life gone. Does anyone else have this problem with these people? Any class action law suits? What is going on. Illegally garnishing my wages for a 700.00 debt they claimed I owed 20 years ago. Now they claim the debt is over 3500.00. They are crooks and need to be stopped. Class Action Lawsuit? It is shameful that our courts, sheriff office all support these people and their bad practices.
The wages of the Strawman have been garnished for a vehicle co signed for over 15 years ago. The ex wife of the Strawman Ernest Owens had the vehicle given back to the dealership In turn sold the vehicle to another dealership.
