Great place to train. My daughter trains here, and Connor definitely knows how to get the most out of the all the kids who train here. My daughter has already started to show improvements in strength, mobility, and conditioning. I recommend The Lyons Den for helping your children reach their potential.
Great strength training program for adults too. I’m a guy in my 50s and Connor has helped me a lot with strength and flexibility. His program includes plenty of stretching as well. Workouts are intense but rewarding. His knowledge of physiology also sets him apart. An elite trainer for both athletes and regular folks who want to enhance their fitness.
Owner is rude and petty.
We signed our son up for training after he attended one class last year during Christmas break. He felt comfortable and enjoyed that one training session so we signed him up for the membership. The training he has received improved his athletic ability but also his confidence on the field. I’m sure some parents know how our kids may not want to workout at times but my son looks forward to his training sessions.
