Terrible experience. If you think you're moving into a family-friendly company, think again. Recently, I had a family friend pass away and I was placed in the unfortunate situation of having to take on his two pets. My boyfriend and I immediately started looking for a new place since we knew their pet policy. We just thought that being a "family" company we could expect some understanding of our situation. My review is mostly based on the management. To me it's very important to have a good landlord. Karie was nice when I first met her. Even though I did not rent from them I hooked a friend up with her who needed a place. Then a few years later I was kind of in a desperate situation and gave them a call. Best part is that she is willing to work with you with what they can, deposits and stuff like that.
